About IntelleSkill

Certificates assert.
IntelleSkill proves.

IntelleSkill is a virtual internship where every student builds real projects, a working engineer reviews them, and the result is a scored record anyone can check.

Our Vision

Every graduate judged on work they can show, not on certificates they hold.

Our Mission

Give each student real projects to build, a working engineer to review them, and a scored record anyone can verify.

Learning is everywhere. Proof is not.

A final-year student can hold a dozen certificates, and so can everyone else applying for the same role.

A recruiter cannot verify a certificate, and a college cannot offer one as evidence of what a student did.

Access to learning is no longer the problem. What is missing is anything that shows what a student has built.

What we believe

Evidence over assertion

A claim counts only when someone else can check it.

A person signs the outcome

AI generates the problem and assists the evaluation. A named reviewer approves the work.

See the industry expertise

Every student's work is their own

Projects are generated for each role and industry domain from today's job requirements, so no two students submit the same thing.

A score, not a badge

Completion says you finished. A score says how well.

One promise, two audiences

For students

Proof, not certificates.

Two projects you built and ran yourself, a score a reviewer put their name to, and a link a recruiter can open.

For colleges

The internship credit you can defend.

Per-student, human-reviewed, verifiable evidence for the credit you already have to award.

What we will not promise.

We would rather say this now than surprise you later.

No placement guarantee, and nothing that implies one

No company names or hiring partners

No claim of recognition by AICTE, NBA, NAAC or any other body

No cohort larger than our reviewers can review well

Who builds it

IntelleSkill is built by IntelleSphere, with offices in the US and in HITEC City, Hyderabad. The projects students work on are shaped by current job requirements and by the kinds of requirements IntelleSphere's own clients bring.
